Cancellation is free of charge (minus credit card processing fees), 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time you lose your deposit or you are charged the 1st night fee. This cancellation does not apply to the Chalet Rental

If you cancel 3 days prior to your arrival, there is no refund and full cost of your stay is processed as a penalty.

Chalet rental cancellation is refundable if cancellation is done 30days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled after this period to 14 days 50% of your booking cost is penalty. If you cancel 14 days prior to your booking hen 100% of your booking cost is charged as a penalty.
